Group therapy offers a structured, confidential space to learn from shared experience, practise new skills, and feel less alone. With guided facilitation, insight and feedback from others, you’ll explore patterns in behaviour, communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
Sessions are available in person only. The group combines humanistic methods with a warm, respectful culture that fosters clear agreements, gentle challenge, and practical exercises that translate to everyday life. Learn to relate more openly, hold your ground with care, and build resilience together.
