90–150 min sessions 6 People Groups

Goal-oriented groups blending psycho-education, sharing, guided practice, and discussion. Formats include Aspirational Groups (goal-setting, professional growth), Healing Circles (grief, trauma healing, life transitions), and Social Skills Practice (confidence, assertiveness, role-play, feedback).

We set clear agreements for safety and respect, then work with practical exercises you can use between meetings. Expect steady progress, accountability, and a community that helps you stay on track.
